Custom Features Live Call Transfer with Advance Announce. Your calls can follow you where ever you go and when answered the Office Exchange can announce whom or what the call is for, before connecting the caller. Call Acceptance. This feature provides you the opportunity to accept the call and speak to the caller or reject the call, sending the caller to Voice Mail. Call Screening. Allows you to accept or reject the call after hearing the caller state their name. If you reject the call, you can record a comment which the caller will hear instead of your normal greeting. Example; John, I'm in the middle of a conference call, but I do need to talk to you. Leave me your number and I'll call you right back. Call Screening with Transfer. Allows you to transfer the call after hearing the caller state their name. If you transfer the call, you can record a comment which the caller and the person you are transferring the call to, will hear. Example; John, you caught me on the cell phone. My secretary has the file and can help you. Hang on, and I'll transfer you to her. This same message will play to your secretary when she answers the phone. MultiQ. Multiple question and answer formatting will allow you to set up order taking scenarios, create and take surveys with up to 25 questions. The questions can be configured by you as voice response and/or touch tone. Call Counting. Provides a verbal resettable statistics on the number of calls that you have received and where each caller chose to go from a menu. Auto Attendant with Linear or Distributed Transfer. Do you have a group of sales people in different locations that you want your sales calls directed to? You can have those calls transferred to location #1 every time or start at the least called location first. It's all up to you. Distributed Mail. The Co-op advertising solution. Each message taken from an add call, can be distributed evenly through a group of Voice Mail boxes and tell you how many calls each box received. Queuing. Would you like to put the caller in a Queue? While the caller is in queue, you could: Play custom music, announce how many callers are ahead, tell the caller how long the average wait is for this hour, play a different commercial announcement after each tune, give the caller the option to transfer to another person with the touch of any digit, or leave you a message. Time Dependent Switching. Do you want your calls to be forwarded back to the office during the day and a Voice Mail choice list after hours. You could let the caller choose to leave a message or ring an emergency number. Fax, Store, and Forward. Now your Voice Mail box is also your Fax number. The Office Exchange can store and forward your faxes to you wherever you are or give them to you live, if you call from a fax machine. Example; Turn your Voice Mail box into a fax machine that stores your faxes until you need them sent to you. Fax on Demand. This is like having your own personal office secretary, on call 24 hours a day, to deliver documents to any request! The caller chooses the document from a menu or by document number, and the Office Exchange provides the document to the calling fax machine, or it can fax documents to a number entered by the caller (with restrictions if you wish). Cascade Notification. The Office Exchange can provide emergency services like Paging and Recall notification of Personal in a timed fashion, until a message has been retrieved. Example; You can have an emergency call page several people one at a time at 10 minute intervals and then call the manager at home as the last resort. Holiday Switching. Play prerecorded greetings and reroute your calls differently on holidays! You can create messages in advance for every holiday that your company is closed and have the calls automatically forward to the service department. You will not have to worry about holidays that change dates like Easter, The Office Exchange will handle it. |
